Believe me, when I was typing that in My Scars (that belongs to Blue Vinyl Fonts), I had even surprised myself when I had seen the meaning this sentence conveys on the longer term and I could clap to my own genius there. My dad actually liked the slogan so much, he requested me to share this thing across G+, even though I doubt more people will see it here on dA than on G+ 
The wire cables she`s holding here have colors that I had seen them the most in my real life and as for sparks ... yeah, no comment.
Now for the meanings that this image conveys. The red text is hinted for Team Cable (that are depicted in red on BattleForTheNet) that wish to bring pay-to-be-fast lanes (or "hyperfast-lanes in a telecommunication term) while the free websites would be stuck in slow-lanes (or "fast lanes", as these people at telecommunication centers say o_o) and thus could have an indefinite traffic jam if visited by a lot. And believe me, if they would have fast lanes while we that don`t wish to pay extra for fast-lanes have slow lanes only, then it would seem like the corporations don`t have enough time for them to check on little faults and things that could potentially ruin their run for profit (as it`s always profit with those corporations!) and, in advance, the slow-laners would have all the time they need in order to sabotage things that would lead in companions losing waaaaaaaay more money than they usually lose, if not in total lost. Heck, I believe that with such success of the campaigns, those billions that they had invested in trying to bribe their way to the two-tiered Internet had just been turned to nothing but dust, earth and ash we step on every day. Thus the sentence of those fast-laners "being too much in a hurry" to check "what is really wrong with their connection". Too much time and not enough time - it`s a thing.
Why Me-Zharta? Well, she is a character whose world`s time is revolving around the net as well (as I have the Steam version of Morrowind) and this would mean that her world would be stuck at such slow speed in its time that she would die even before saving the world (as she still doesn`t have corprus) from D-Ur, if not her own friends from the impending doom. Her natural lifetime has not been put on a cable of a tortoise (or Dunmer) after all
The green text and the black crowd with white eyes are self-explanatory, thus I will not tell more about this. I just hope that you understand the meaning I convey behind the spoken words and the OC I had depicted.
