EE - Easter Egg
This thing was actually found in the storage room of Lizard`s Head tavern in Vivec. And she cried silently for this unknown marsh-kin of hers.
Once I checked out how is this related to the game, I had found that Scourge was actually the first character that had ever existed as a playable character in Morrowind (as others are NPCs), belonging to Steve Meister, one of programmers that worked on the game itself. Apparently at the end, he (Scourge) got into trouble with the law and was eventually killed
Wicked smart. No matter how sad for my little Argonian.
