Well, not even such fine fighter like Zharty cannot have some really impending nightmares that might or might not predict how far will she go in the future and these ones, clearly sent by the Daedric Prince of Dawn and Dusk, had really scarred her good. In here, she`s around 12-15 years old and trapped in the giant room of Blight by 6th House cultists in order to make her into a 6th House Cultist herself. Yes, that is Blight arising from the literal pool of Blight beside her. And she`s scared enough in here as well as lonely, since Nerevar does not know what is she dreaming, even if her spiritual mentor
What is she wearing on her horns is not a chainmail, but a piece of cloth she got from her hostess and she has prison attire just to foreshadow her beginnings in knowing about 6th House as a foreign prisoner. Of course when she had this nightmare, she was startled beyond belief, but she had never believed them, until she got sended off on a boat toward Morrowind, which, at that time, was probably seeing as a treachery by Imperials.

Indeed, her head scales did not start to merge until she reached around 10 years and when they did, they started from neck toward the head. And she does not have the brown things on herself, they were drawn by Imperials to show her as a convicted criminal, even though they just emphasized her eyes more, from my POV Same with the brown line on her tender neck scales.
