The original title of this image is "Hush", which is a hint on how this little heresy came to existence. I used the prefix "Alusaron`s" in order to show that this Ordinator is inside Alusaron`s shop in Vivec`s Foreign Quarter Plaza.
I totally intended for Zharty`s tail to be positioned like that, as you know how scared dogs position their tails. And she is not only afraid, she is absolutely freaked out, thus I doubt that she feels good about this kind of surprising gesture for a fanatical House Indoril soldier that used to call her "scum" so many times, especially coupled with the fact that he is claded from-head-to-toe in unpleasant cold metal that is Indoril Armor. But hey, this is where fun always begins, pitting her with those she is afraid of in order to cure her fear, even though this might be a torture for her, until he starts to hush her gently, or she does something on her part that would reassure him that she`s starting to feel more safe than usual and thus "getting close with him"

Elam Andas (the leader of Office of the Watch Ordies) and Tarer Braryn a high-ranking Ordy in Office of the Watch. Nalosi Alari, the guardian of one of entrances to the Hall of Wisdom. Alvela Saram, the female Ordinator guard of Ministry of Truth entrance. So yes, there are nice Ordinators, but they are seriously scarce in the game. Not that I mind that too much unlike Me-Zharta, obviously.
