Good gods, what have I done here? XD
I just "turned" Free Dragon into a character that would appear in multiple universes! But hey, changing appearances to OCs to suit their universes is still enough fun as they are!
I guess this happens when you play too much Morrowind 
In here, he is just being an arson, probably being sent on a mission to burn down a city that is filled with xenophobes and doing it with oh-so-familiar dragonic pleasure of burning things down to the ground. Note that he can still breathe fire and lightfire (that look like energy pellets one of his parents, the legendary Gold Dragons of Dragonsand, breathe at foes, except it harms undead and probably Daedric/Ash things
) through his maws, only in here he used the Fire Rod to do the deed.
The Fire Rod actually exists as a real-life thing - I had gotten it in one of my Playmobil Dragons sets and thus I had no trouble with its awkward perspective
So yeah, enjoy the smoking ruins, weird lighting and musculature to rival Shield`s Eol`s! Even though note that he is one of those kind, shy, friendly Ryukaissen around, if he would be a Ryukaissen, so his personality would be in its 40-60s
