I`ve listened too much Ivan Torrent`s "The Power of Will" www.youtube.com/watch?v=lc309J… doing this image! 
This is my general idea on how would the spell set called "Demoralize" look like in my POW, so that instead of hands casting it over creatures/humanoids/both, you literally make a scream that impacts your enemy`s willingness to fight and makes him/her/them run to the hills. In the picture, it does not look much, but hey, the power is not measured by the looks, just like a book cannot be judged by its cover alone
In Argonian`s case, like with Me-Zharta here, the scream would literally sound like a mighty roar of a terrifying scaled creature (which is almost always a dragon in my case, but hey, it might just sound like a T-Re for some of you) while in human and mer cases, it would sound like a scream and in Khajiit`s case it would sound like a mighty lion roar. Of course, this also depends if it can affect the creature/humanoid/both, since the told roars and screams are heard only if the creature/humanoid/both are affected, else it sounds like a funny scream of an amateur. Practice in this is pretty much mandatory 
and since Me-Zharta is already having the Blessed Word (which is like Demoralize, but for undead), I`m thinking to get both Demoralize spells for her as well and then make a spell that would have an effect to the fearful roar of dragons from the previous game franchise. The dragon shadow is there to further emphasize that.
Adamantium Shortsword and brown Nerevar`s robe because I can! As for the background ... yeah, I know it`s bloody horrid. It was intended to be the interior of Ministry of Truth, but hey, it more looks like a random bandit cave than anything

Why do I start to think her roar is pretty lame one when I see her? Can imagine it to sound like meow xD
But oh well she is a fighter and survived lots of things so she is not to be underestimated
