The original deviation belongs to ~Cra-Zy and I had gotten the permission to ALTER Zalgofy it!

Another SFM picture! Only this time the Z-Infected had also claimed a victim.
That Scout should think twice before trying to engage Z-Infected Sniper. This is the result - Scout`s corpse being horribly mutilated while the Z-Infected snickers in unnatural way at how easy it is to kill normal humans.

First time ever trying to depict additional unnatural teeth at Sniper`s cheek as a result of Z-Infection. And that`s one huge-ass Ruin wound on his arm.
